TR900 Turbofan Engine Model Aircraft Engine Kit Turbojet Engine Model Adult Gift Mechanical Science Education Toy As Shown

I give this 5 stars because I consider a good value (especially as an enthusiast or educational toy). It has decent quality and with two AA batteries installed in the base, works as advertised. For an engineering student like myself, though, this model is far from authentic. Its dimensions are wrong compared to the real Trent 900. Worst, the inside is not really reflective if the real engine, for example, the entire high pressure compressor is missing. There’s a model for sale on Amazon that looks so much more detailed and accurate, but costs over 1,000 bucks. So for its price, this Nikola Toy model is passable.

In general its ok, but I wouldn’t want to pay full price. The motor didn’t work so instead of sending it back I took apart the motor assembly and found a broken wire due to inferior method of attachment of the wires to the contacts. Fixed it and now it works. That’s why the 3 stars. It is a good view of the basic workings of a jet engine.

Product us just made of cheap plastic. Fans do not counter rotate as shown in video. Not worth the dollars.

Good model, well built, and it makes a nice display. I would have liked to see some documentation or description of the engine included. This was a gift for my grandson. He liked it and asked many questions. I had to go on-line and search for information.

As a former pilot, I collect many replicas in scale models, including this Trent 900. This is a nice replica, very detailed. It's little noise when it's on. I have some questions for the seller, and he responded very quickly. Higle recommends this replica and buying from this seller.

I get it, I did not read the entire description, but was happy that it also rotates. I bought this for my wife who is a Jet engine mechanic, Veteran of the Air Force. I just was looking for a model of an engine for her.

Over priced and all plastic Would have thought for the price it would have been metal or a harder material
