Amazing results but commit to bathing often.
I originally got this from my vet but better price on Amazon. There isn’t anything that has relieved my poodle’s very scabby, smelly, itchy skin like this shampoo. She was getting cytopoint shots & on apoquel and no relief. When spring starts I know her skin will flare up so I start baths twice a week. Allowing her to soak with it on her skin for like 5 mins. Her skin is soothed and prevents the scabs from forming. Worth every penny and cheaper than the regimen she was previously on. Also note to be careful to not get in their eyes. It’s strong!

LIFE SAVER FOR MY DOGS SKIN--VET RECOMMENDED TO ME
This is a MUST for my dog. I have a pink, sensitive skinned pit mix that struggles with seasonal allergy and hot spot rashes. When he his skin is itchy, super irritated and going through a breakout, we use this once a week and then once a month for maintenance when his allergies are under control. This was recommended to us from his vet. A little goes a long way and calms his skin, makes his coat shiny, and is easy to use! Would highly recommend if your fur baby struggles with seasonal allergies too!

Works fast and extremley well
This product is so great. My chihuahua had skin bacterial issues her skin was dry flakey and caused her to smell really bad, I used this 4x in on 7 day week omg I can see the difference in the first week!! I just now maintain her bathing to 2-3 times a week. Excellent product!!!!

This stuff really works on our itchy dog
I bought this shampoo for my Springer Spaniel that has irritable dry skin. It saves us (and her) from the $60/month vet bill for an injection solution to her itchy skin. It really works well and keeps her happy. We do give her a hot water soapy bath with this shampoo once a month to keep her coat shiny and paws away from her skin. Smells great too!

PSA for Cat Owners!
USE THIS SHAMPOO AND NOT, I REPEAT, NOT THE MOUSSE!!! You will wish you had listened! We had an 11 week old kitten with ringworm (now 16 weeks at time of writing) from a shelter who had ringworm. The vet had offered us the choice between the shampoo and the mousse. Thinking that this was an easier option, instead of having to bathe a cat ( we have a three year old cat as well and a prior bathing experience was awful with him), we went for the mousse. This is the brand that they gave us - in the mousse instead. With the mousse you have to coat the cat and let it dry, and you do not rinse the mousse off. It needs to be applied every other day, just like the shampoo is a bath with it every other day. This mousse was super strong smelling and left a sticky, oily residue on the kitten that was impossible for her to stop licking. It tasted awful too (we could tell based on her reaction). Whatever the mousse is made of, on an 11 week old kitten (and to older cats with this mousse based on my research), it had a severe reaction with her lungs and within two hours it sounded like she had inhaled mustard gas. Her lungs were crackling and she was wheezing. At first, I was in denial and thought because she was from an overcrowded shelter, maybe it was a URI forming. No. She got better by the end of the next day, but then when we applied the mousse, the same thing happened. She STRUGGLED to breathe. She sneezed repeatedly. It threw her in to bronchial spasms (like an asthma attack). I had to sit in the bathroom with a hot shower running and felt like I was torturing her by applying it. I only applied the mousse one other time before I stopped and just ordered the shampoo (this) on amazon. We waited four days for the shampoo to arrive and by then the wheezing was done.Being worried about bathing the kitten, we bought one of those cat bathing bags you can find on here, that are relatively inexpensive. We used that and this shampoo and it has been absolutely a game changer. The smell is nice and pleasant like fresh laundry, there is no residue and it has no reaction with her lungs. We have been using it for three weeks now and we are pretty sure the ringworm is gone but have a vet appointment soon.I have no idea why they recommend the mousse for cats and kittens when you can find so many cases of bad interactions online and in reviews for it. Especially when cats groom themselves so much and it is so impossible to stop them. Don't make my mistake.

Perfect if you live in Florida humidity with animals.
I purchased this product from Amazon because it’s the same product I purchased from my vet at three times the cost as here on Amazon. This is banned super helpful for our dog, especially here in Florida where it’s so humid and fungus is hard to get rid of.Our Fido has very short hair so he only usually needs a bath once a month but in the summertime if he breaks out, we give him one every other week in this product works amazing.I wish the smell was a little bit better. We had an older product that had a pleasant cucumber smell, but other than that, it has helped with moisturizing his skin and he does well when using it.Overall, it’s a dog/cat/horse shampoo if I can get it cheaper on Amazon, then I can get from my vet. It’s always a win.👍🏻
