Infrared Digital Temperature Thermometer Laser Non-Contact IR Gun -50℃ to 750℃ with Room Temperature & Data Recording Function

Although I purchased this 4 years ago it has had very little use, in fact I estimate 10 times, it was stored without a battery in its case in a fry cupboard. I came to use it today with a fresh 9v battery and it lights up but all the display shows is either garbage or 200 degrees C.When it used to work it was fine and I would have expect this to have lasted, it has defiantly not been abused, no amount of trying a different battery or trying to reset as per the manuel gets it to work again. It was not expensive so I guess the old saying of "you get what you pay for" hold true.

Only goes to 610.
