Very handy to have this on hand for various electronic projects. The wire is good quality copper and the fact that it is color coded between the different wires is a big plus. It makes wiring things up very easy from one end to the other. Very pleased with the wire.

After upgrading my HVAC system to a smart thermostat (Ecobee), I had to use the PEK kit, which just adds more wires to the terminals. This led me to choose to decide I needed to neatly reorganize and rerun the leads, ensuring the terminals were not overstressed or overloaded, which could otherwise cause a short circuit. I also used a few wago connectors to do this, but this 18/6 wire worked out well, even if I didn't need all 25 feet of it.

This durable wire with excellent insulation is easy to handle and install. It's perfectly sized to fit standard bulkhead passthrough glands (4-6mm), making it ideal for a variety of applications, including mixed power and signal cabling. I'm using it on my custom coop controller for door control, temperature sensors, and a heater switch.
