Terrible. Can't even assemble because the workmanship is so bad on this ladder. 3 quarters of the holes don't fit. The can't connect one ladder to another. This is a cheap rush job for metal work. There are shavings of metal protruding from inside the hole so nothing will go through it. Do not recommend.

They work for me , being able to add a length when I need it.

As I expected

Really was hoping I would love it but I don't.The way you extend the separate ''ladder'' pieces together are via bolts/nuts , nice if you're on a roof and still have to mess around with a socket set, cotter pins or any other quick design would've been better.The worst part is the square metal pieces where you attach each section too, they will absolutely destroy a roof if you try to move position or pull it back onto the peak of the roof .. How in the world is it not a thinner piece of metal that slides in the ladders to connect them , so it doesn't snag on the shingles itself is beyond me, I feel getting a 16ft standalone ladder with a hook would be less awkward to move around and would cause a lot less headaches or potential damage to a roof .I'll have someone fabricate me quick release pins and add some round tubing to address the issues but in current state it's a solid NO BUYReturning it is pointless since shipping will be brutal

Yes, this will make the work place (12/8 pitch) roof safe, but the top hook likes to bow and jump up. I would recommend some form of safety block be added (or hey Mfg, why not add secure point holes). To make it better, I did add a rope to the hook and tide to the opposing side.

Ladder is seriously late, but part of it arrived today!
