I do not find these insoles very comfortable, except on the heal part, which absorbs shock quite well. The arch support is far too pronounced, stopping my arch from flexing, as it is supposed to do, during normal operation of the foot. My feet do naturally supinate and these insoles make my feet roll out more.I believe that, maybe apart from people with completely collapsed arches, most people will not benefit from firm arch supports, which will impede the natural functioning of the feet.
