The product arrived today 30 April, much earlier than forecast. Having tried it on, I found the garment very comfortable and generously constructed. The pants are made in a rugby shorts style which allow a good amount of looseness but still maintain the necessary contact where required. I actually ordered one size larger than normal which works well. The material of the pants is a soft cotton and the sewing is neat and strong. My only criticism is that the pants liner is badly held onto the pants. One side is half way stitched, the end rear is fully stitched, but the right side is held at two corners by a few loops of stitching. An obvious weakness which as one reviewer commented resulted in a tearing of the pants fabric. This is a fault which the manufacturer should quickly correct.My wife will sort out mine with the sewing machine. I cannot comment on the absorbent quality as I have yet to put them to the test.

I had high hopes was was really excited to try these out, I brought these for my son who has special needs and incontinence, we are an environmentally conscious family and after going through sometimes double figures in pads a day I wanted something reusable for number 1's. The pants themselves felt a little bulky but the fabric was soft and comfy to touch. The first wear he only passes a small amount of fluid and it leaked out the pants, they felt wet and cold inside after so not comfortable had they even held the fluid. Tried again after washing a few times and unfortunatly we didn't get on. Back to the drawing board again. :(

So far so good with these undies. They haven't yet been used in anger! At first when I unpacked them, they looked huge, but once on, they look like ordinary jockey shorts, which was what I was looking for rather than "old person" incontinence pants. They are apparently very comfortable and give a sense of confidence. The fixed inner pad is white, so pretty conspicuous against the black, but that's not a major issue. Remember not to use fabric conditioner when washing, but otherwise they can be thrown in rest of the dark laundry. Probably only suitable for urinary incontinence, but that's why I purchased them.

Bought these for someone else who didn't want to except incontinence. He was so happy after seeing and trying them out and has boosted his confidence. It's very hard for a Snr citizen to come to terms with, however, these have shown him he can get on with life. More on the way! Wash up beautifully too!

These pants are comfortable to wear but the pad is only held in by a few stitches in two places on the right-hand side rather than along the entire length. Some of my pairs ripped away at this point after just one wash leaving a hole ripped out of the pants. I will not buy them again.

I needed something comfortable and practical This is neither. The pad is so big that it bulges in the front in an embarrassing way. They are heading for the recycle bin. I cant recommend them as there are much better on the market

Bought for elderly friend, very happy with them, given him back confidence to go out without worrying about "accidents", what a difference to his quality of life.
