Packaging, instructions and overall quality appears to be top notch. We just installed it today and are very pleased with its appearance. It looks like it will do everything we want it to do, that is, keep a new pup enclosed on our wood deck. One problem we did have is the wood screws provided for the gate hardware were of very poor quality. We installed the gate hardware in two 4x4 treated posts. Even after drilling pilot holes for the screws the screw heads stripped because they could not withstand the pressure required to get the screw in. Had to use 2 inch construction quality screws which made everything go very well.

I’m so glad I ordered this pillow for my two-year-old. It’s super comfortable and the pillowcase is really soft (also washable which is a must after inevitably getting boogers on it after night one)—love the feel and quality. The size is just right for her little head and she absolutely loves it. It’s been perfect for naps and bedtime. Highly recommend for any toddler parent!

Great baby gate. The locking mechanism makes this a safe choice for the top or bottom of the stairs and can be locked in the open or closed position. Easy for older toddlers/children to manipulate but still provide protection from the stairs for baby. Very low profile when rolled up. Set up was simple. Definitely recommend this baby gate.

I bought a retractable mesh gate to use at the bottom of our stairs for our german shepherd as we don't want him going upstairs when unsupervised, and while it looks nice and saves space, the overall performance has been just average. The gate was relatively easy to install, but getting it level and tight enough to feel secure took some trial and error. Once set up, it functions as intended, but it doesn’t feel as sturdy as a traditional gate. The mesh flexes quite a bit if leaned on, and I wouldn’t trust it to hold up against a strong push from a toddler or large pet. The retracting mechanism is smooth most of the time, but occasionally it gets stuck or doesn't retract fully, which can be frustrating when you're trying to move quickly. If you're looking for maximum durability or have an especially curious kid or energetic dog, you might want to consider sturdier options.Overall we will be keeping it since our dog doesn't typically mess with gates, it’s decent for light-duty use, but not the most confidence-inspiring solution for high-traffic or high-risk areas.

We use the screen to keep the dog from running into the garage.It works perfectly! It’s very easy to install, the screen opens out easily without glitches and best of all it locks. This keeps the dog from pushing the screen and running out underneath it. We bought two screens. Highly recommended.

Perfect gate for my baby and my animals! I use to have a gate that required 2 hands to unlock the gate. I am so glad that this gate, you are able to have it in the lock mode or unlock mode! Highly recommend!!

This gate is overall pretty awesome. The installation was set up to be pretty easy, but you do need a few tools and I suggest a level. The lock doesnt hold it tight enough that my 70# dog doesn't bust through if she really wants. This is really disappointing bc we got this gate to keep our 2 dogs separated. The mesh is now distroted enough that the 30# dog can slip under with no problem. I'd say this is ok when you're home if the gate it for a safety issue, it's certainly easier than climbing over a tension gate. It's very possible my issues are just because I have a huge, anxiety motivated bulldozer in my living room.

I needed a gate that didn’t have a bar to step over because my wife uses a walker. This works great and when it is open leaves very little to see, but when closed keeps our dogs in the area we want them.
