Are you from an era when you remember things that never seem to break? OR metal brackets and hinges that were leftover from generations past? That kind of quality seems to be a little hard to find these days, but not so with these. Stamped much like the old version on my 130yr pantry, and as equally stiff and sturdy, I have little doubt that these hinges won't also be around for 100 years, just like those on the pantry.

These butterfly hinges worked quite well and look great. The only problem is one of the screw heads broke as I was tightening it (carefully, with a hand screwdriver, not a drill). It was far enough in that I couldn't get it out, so I left it. Sturdier screws would be a plus.

Great hinges! Worked perfect for my treasure chest project! The part that I was very displeased with however is they came with regular screws! For some, I'm sure this isn't a big deal however I HATE regular screws, have NO use for them but to fill gaps in my shop trash can. Great hinges, antique brass finish (the image provided by the seller looks a bit coppery) and a good size, but if your like me plan to buy different screws.

Hinges are stamped, but for the price it is to be expected. They look great and seem to work adequately. Cant speak to how they will last as I have not used them yet, The screws seem barely adequate and could be longer.

Replaced 40 year old hinges on podium box and looked great. May be stamped metal but very sturdy. Use care and Protect from scratches when using screwdriver because of the finish.

These worked well and have a nice vintage look to them.
