If you're like me and can't use the custom ear buds with your hearing aids, these are my favorite alternatives. The air holes helps keep things dry, they work well and don't increase my "feedback" incidents. Even though I'm supposed to replace them weekly, they last longer than that. Soft, easy to use, good fit -- so comfy I can forget they're in when I'm using the right size. The price is my only down-vote, but the world is more expensive in all ways, I guess.

The Dwarf loves all things Sci-Fi and he found these little rubber space ships and could not believe that 10 of them came in one package for such a low price. He is looking forward to buying more of these in bulk hanging them from the ceiling of his root beer factory closet after somebody purchases a 2 pack of his extremely overpriced rootbeer/evacuator elixir. Anyhow, he is waiting for Phonak to produce tiny Aliens to go with their time space ships, but I've explained to him that they are actually comfort pieces for fitting the speaker end of a hearing aid in an ear. He disagrees and told me there is no noise coming from them. He stated, that after placing several in each ear, he can barely hear me speaking to him. I made an appointment for later this afternoon to take the Dwarf to the doctor.
