Have been taking collagen for a year to help with joint pain, switched to this as had good reviews but don’t think it’s as effective as the type I was using previously.

I can't stand powder and any drinks so I've tried those pills. Huge in size. No difference whatsoever after finishing them. 🤷. But it's could be only me.

Have taken for 3 months , definatly helps with old flappy skin especially on your neck
