difficult to evaluate benefits

There are a ton of clinical studies that have been done and are being done on this particular probiotic. I've been taking it for about seven months, all is well. I'm a big over-eater, and I seem to be noticing more when I am full, and stopping eating a little sooner.

I didn't like them; they didn't do the job. I used two bottles and I started to have mild constipation. My bowl movement was way better before it. It took me a while to retain that back after leaving them.

I recently ordered this product. Time will tell how well it works.

The 2nd bottle of this product that I’ve ordered came with capsules that contained significantly less product than the previous bottle. In addition, the capsules had inconsistent amounts of the product. I haven’t seen any noticeable differences while taking it, but definitely don’t trust a company who ships such inconsistent products.
