Silver Pocket Watch

Great quality at a great price. It is a beautiful piece, I really loved it.

Used to use it for work since I don't like having anything on my wrist and we're not supposed to pull out phone out in front of guests at work. Every time I pulled it out I got some sort of comment or compliment on it. Everyone loved it. It's a wind up pocket watch, so it'll live forever.. With that said, if you let it run for long amounts of time (say 23-48 hours) you'll start noticing that the time very slowly becomes inaccurate and need slight readjusting. Honestly it just gave me another reason to pull it out, so I didn't mind it much. Look wise, it's gorgeous and I've had friends ask where I got it. It's fairly durable, although I did have to do some minor maintenance on it as a strand of hair somehow got into the watch itself and tangled in the gears. But it was easy to take the covers off and remove that hair carefully with tweezers.

Total win. Functions properly, winds up, fits in vest pocket or suit pocket, and is durable.

This is my first pocket watch and I have been happy with the watch performance thus far. It keeps good time, I have not had to reset it since I got it. Given that is it's main function I would give that a 5 star for that. I like the open design that lets you see the movement (the mechanical bits inside) but with that comes a flaw of the design. The hands of the watch are a serious issue. They are very pretty but small and thin. On a solid dial they might be fine, but with the open dial they can be hard to see. The hour hand ends just before the dial numbers (which is normal for a watch) but this means that none of it has anything but the movement behind it. The minute hand is only slightly better as the tip is over the dial ring a little. It would have been better with a more beefy set of hands. Also just a nit-pic, but could someone tell them the roman numeral for 4 is IV not IIII. I mean seriously they got 9 and 11 right how did they mess up 4?

Not much more than a Halloween costume piece. Glass is plastic. Top dial popped right off when trying to set time. This looks nice but won't last more than six months. If you're looking for a prop, go ahead. Otherwise, don't waste your money.

I really think these are good wind up watches worth their money. They'll get you through, and you don't have to replace any batteries, as long as your patient enough to wind them up at least once every 36 hours or so. That will keep them going. I got tired of replacing watch batteries years ago, so these kind of watches are all that I will by now. I love them, and they work great!

I was delighted with this watch when first it arrived...solid and handsome. It worked well for a few months, then began a quick decline...stopping inexplicably after having been wound, then... yesterday it stopped and cannot be wound. I am very disappointed.

Great watch. Has an old-world feel and elegant style.

Its a very nice watch for the right price point. I was a bit skeptical until it arrived and I was pleased to find a really nice sharp looking timepiece. Im really impressed with the time keeping. Its stayed pretty much consistent almost to the second that I timed it to coincide with my cell phone. The one thing I have noticed that would be nice if it had; when you pull the pin to set the time the second hand keeps ticking while you try to set the time. It would be nice if the second hand stopped as well when you set it. Otherwise it is fine. Value for the money

Divino, solo have falts un instructivo

I bought this pocket watch, and while it was very pretty (I wore it around and got compliments on it), its construction was clearly cheap (scratched easily, and paint flaked off). It broke after a month of regular use being carried around and regularly wound (a full wind seemed to last ~30 hours); the mechanism broke and it simply wouldn't go. I got a return approved, and was told to ship it to an address in China, and had to pay out of pocket. The shipment was unclaimed, and returned to sender so that was pointless anyway. After talking to customer support, I got a refund approved (including for part of the shipping cost), but this process was very time-consuming and not very consumer-friendly. If you're looking for a prop that doesn't work (and to be fair, a lot of my reason for getting this was the aesthetics), then this is an excellent option (albeit an expensive one for a merely decorative piece). However, you could pay twice as much and get something of a quality that will last. Hence, I cannot in good faith recommend this.

It's a very attractive item and looks excellent. The chain is a good length and quality, although about 3cm short of ideal for me. The quality and finish are really good too. The down side is that after winding it only lasts around 20mins before getting stuck or locking up and needing to be reset. Not ideal for a timepiece. As a purely decorative item, say for Cosplay, it's ideal. As an actual watch it's sadly very poor.

Quaility isnt the best but if you want to get this for a gift for a child it wouldnt be too bad for thier first pocket watch.
