Commentaire en deux parties, on va commencer par le "glop" et on continuera par le "pas glop". Du côté du bon donc, on a les éléments suivants (je ne fais pas une liste marketing, c'est du testé et du vécu) : - son de très bonne qualité et micro qui ne capte pas tous les sons qui passent - boutons de commande très faciles à manipuler, en particulier le bouton "mute" qui est sur la branche du micro - conception permettant de mettre le micro à gauche ou à droite, à volonté - casque TRES confortable mais attention, non couvrant sur les oreilles. C'est un Poly à 150 balles, pas un Bose à 400. - socle de recharge de bonne conception, assez lourd, bien fichu - appairement sur un PC, via le dongle en USB-A ou USB-C, instantané et trivial, il n'y a strictement rien à faire - possibilité d'utiliser le casque en filaire si la batterie est à plat ; un cable USB-C est fourni MAIS il est clairement trop court. Le shifter USB-C->USB-A est fourni aussi - j'ai utilisé le casque jusqu'à 3 pièces et 8/9 mètres de distance du dongle BT et tout était au top - pas de chargeur fourni ; le socle a un cable usb-C mais pas de chargeur. Et le cable n'est pas amovible du côté du socle. Le pas glop : - attention, le dongle BT est bien caché dans le carton et il ne faut pas le rater avant de jeter le carton. Il y a DEUX éléments USB dans le carton : le dongle BT et le shifter USB-C->USB-A. J'avais initialement raté l'un des deux et j'ai du fouiller ma poubelle... - le carton est un carton recyclé de mauvaise qualité qui laisse plein de petites scories sur le matériel. Donc on se retrouve avec du matos neuf mais sale. Heureusement que les parties les plus sensibles sont protégées par des plastiques... - le soft Poly Lens de gestion n'est dispo sur Windows qu'en MSI, ce qui n'est pas glop sur un PC managé. Une version portable en ZIP serait grandement préférable... La version Mac en DMG marche très bien, je viens de l'utiliser sans aucun souci pour mettre à jour le firmware du casque En résumé : un excellent casque qui résoudra pas mal de soucis pour ceux qui n'ont pas accès à BT sur leur machine. Il y a quelques détails qui sont perfectibles, le principal étant le packaging du produit qui n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur d'où l'étoile enlevée...

Updated review after 1+ year of use: still love this headset, it's super comfortable wearing it for full time work hours. I ran into an issue with it randomly disconnecting from my PC and after much troubleshooting HP actually sent me a whole new one. Well, turns out it was the USB ports on my very cheap work PC causing the problem (oops). It still happens every once in a while but is much improved connecting the dongle to a powered USB hub. One of the ear pieces from the original set started flaking after maybe 6 months of use, I replaced it with one from Amazon with no issues. So far haven't had the problem with the replacement headset after about 3 months of heavy use. The range is great, I stay connected with no issues throughout my entire 2 floor, small-ish house. Sound is great, haven't had any complaints about the mic, super easy to update firmware though a bit annoying that I needed to install software for that on my personal laptop. My work recently did an update and disabled Bluetooth altogether, very glad I went with this USB connected headset instead one of the many Bluetooth ones available Original review: Finally picked this up after much research to replace the cheap corded Logitech provided by my employer. I spend my day logged into a teams meeting mostly listening but occasionally using the mic. The sound and comfort is a huge improvement, the mic seems to work fine, and not being tied to my desk has been life-changing. It lasts for my full 9 hour day on a charge easily and was super easy to set up.
