I Really love the convivence and dosage of this essential vita pack from Revive. Instead of bringing my tackle box every morning and sometimes with traveling I can take these all in one.

Let me start by disclosing that I am a vitamin guy. If you're looking at this product, then you probably are too. However, I understand that the research doesn't suggest that vitamins help. I still treat them as solid nutritional insurance. Even if you just end up with relatively expensive urine, taking this many vitamins every day makes me drink more water. These are pretty sizable, see you better be okay swallowing them. 😜. I took them all at once, about an hour after meal. I would say I have a fairly sensitive stomach and get nauseous with some of my one a days. I was surprised that these did not give me that issue. I feel fine, maybe the placebo effect helped. Couldn't tell you if I feel healthier, but I haven't gotten sick on them yet. I'm a fan of the supplements included as I'm trying to reduce inflammation and obviously expand health span and longevity. There is significant research to support some of these ingredients. But you already know that because you're shopping for them. In the lower right hand of the box it shows that they've been third party quality checked. I really like that feature and worry about tainted vitamins. These are good.
