Followed the directions. After I flushed out the system, the boiler is still kettling.

we have alkaline water with a lot of calcium and it reduces the heating efficiency to where it doesn't work. buy the valves that you put below the unit and keep the water running fabulous.

for descaleing a tankless water heater.

Works as it should.

Hmmm purple coloring will dye pretty much anything it touches.... not sure how good it is at descaling but produced a lot of rust like material from my tankless hotwater system... (system 1yr old )strong odor but hoping it did the job.

haven't used it yet so don't have any comments other than it arrived as expected
