This timer works great as a public speaking tool. The bright, colorful LED display makes it easy for students to see how much time is left, and it’s super simple to program with just the press of a button. It’s built well, and the size is just right for viewing from a distance—about 12-15 feet from the podium. For the price, you really can’t beat it. I’m really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it as a timer or even as a clock for your home or office.

Pro: Its customer service is great because it gave full refund due to defective thermostat (temperature indicator). It shows very clear and bright color. It has large LED and easy for my students in my classroom to see. Con: The timer clock's temperature indicator (thermostat) does NOT work. It seems to get stuck at either 80 degrees F or 82 degrees F. - no matter how cold the room temperature is. Apparently, there is another buyer who posted a review with the same problem because temperature indicator is incorrect (not working). It would be a great tool if the manufacturing company will fix this thermostat problem. Thank you.

I use this in my classroom, and it helps kids stay on task and helps with transitions. I’ve used timers on slides, but this is so much easier. I love there are different colors for the numbers. I can change the color depending on season or mood. I also love there are preset times on the remote. The beep after the timer goes off is a little loud and setting a time that isn’t on the remote is a little time consuming, but overall I’m happy with this buy.

This was a great clock until it wasn't! It stopped working after about four months of use and resets itself to 12:00 after you set the time. I unplugged it and plugged it back in but now the time is not moving and is stuck at 9:44 in the morning. I am bummed because my third grade class relies on the time daily. I will have to purchase another clock from a different company.

Was hesitant to purchase this due to the price point, but I am so glad I did. I got this for my classroom and it has been a game changer! Being able to set a timer from across the room and have the countdown visible has been amazing, and all without the fuss of classroom screen or a similar program. The large font is also great for students to see from the back of the room, and makes it easy for them to note when they take a hall pass, etc. Highly recommend! Keeps time well.

Nice clock. Good size, bright colors and a loud alarm that can be adjusted. Almost everything about this clock is fantastic but there does appear to be a technical flaw. No matter what the temperature is, this clock always displays the temperature as 73 degrees. From the moment I opened the package, to moving it through the house to hanging it on the wall, the temperature never changed. I should note, the room it is currently in, is thermostat set to 68 degrees and I verified that with a third party thermometer. So, if you want a good clock with great battery life that's easy to set up, this is the one for you. If you really want the temperature gauge to be accurate, maybe look elsewhere.

It’s vibrant and the brightness is dimmable if desired! It’s large and easy to see, so perfect for my classroom! However, when I use the remote; it turns on my tv and messes with the volume! 😵‍💫 Besides that, it’s a great clock for its price!

I have this in my classroom for the kids who can read digital clocks. Perfect for the bigger kids. Edited to add that I list the remote and now cannot change the time. Ever.
