Great product
Great back up soft plastics case. Couple of these and I always have all my plastics on hand. I also have some 3600 series

Worm tackle box only.
I’m not sure if I missed it or it wasn’t spelled out clearly, but I made the wrong assumption that this was a partial worm and partial regular tackle box. When I received it, I realized both sides were dedicated to worms. The fixed insert was angled such that it would be impossible to put any other tackle in the Box other than the worms. I have attached photos to try and show this so others can understand. If you are looking for a dedicated warm tackle box, this would be an excellent choice. If you’re looking for a general use tackle box that will also hold worms, than this is probably not what you are looking for. As for some of the other aspects, the dimensions are exactly as stated. I wouldn’t say this is waterproof. Water resistant may be a better option, but if it were submerged, I believe it would fill with water, I have not tested this.

Effective efficient storage system
I find these to be the most effective efficient storage system. Because the pockets are wedge shaped the bait side of the zip locks use a great deal more space than the upper half of the bags. So you can either flip the bags back and forth to stack them level or create a wedge shaped pocket. I like the wedge solution personally. Yes it has little clips to hold the bags but honestly this is a gimmick most people cut those off or just ignore them they don't really work. The other common complaint is the single latch per side, I agree it would be better with dual latches but the single is marginally adequate. Overall very happy with the purchase and if I need more soft plastic storage I'll probably buy more.

Controls the chaos, but not super sturdy
Love the ability to bring some organization to my soft plastic lures without the typical mess of sorting through all the bags chaotically sitting in the bottom of my tackle bag. It’s a little big for what it holds and if you want to stuff it to the max, it only has a single latch on each side, so it doesn’t hold well. The cover is a bit flimsy and would close loose if you put more than 3 packs of soft plastic in each compartment. Tackle trays 1/4 this size come with a double latch system, so why skimp out on one this big and only do a single latch on each lid? The plastic keeper tabs in each compartment are a waste. Not only is it difficult to get the bag under them to hold it in place, but it doesn’t really do much - Plano is better off just doing away with them. I wish the latch system was better and it had a rubber seal to keep any soft-plastic scent liquid inside. It’s inevitable that the zipper bags fail and having a seal on this box would help contain the Gulp! juice from getting everywhere. Don’t know that I’ll get another - it was worth a try. Summary: though it offers some organization, it’s a little bulky and flimsy for the limited amount of soft plastic packages it holds.

Great Plastics Box
I got this with my new Plano 3700 Tackle Bag to keep my plastics in. I originally thought it was just an open box but its not. It has a divider that runs down the middle with lids on both sides creating 4 separate storage compartments to keep your baits organized. It works perfectly for me its quite large and mine holds right now 12 different packs of baits and I could easily get more in there if I wanted to.

Getting Organized?
This has helped me cut down on the amount of plastics that I take with me when I go fishing. Works great and small enough to fit in my backpack. Easy to access the soft plastics on the go when you need to change with the fish. Can’t go wrong with this if you’re looking for easy organization of your soft plastics.

Great for soft plastics
I have not filled it up yet. The bag holders are sometimes in the way. Overall a good product and a fair price.
