Light and delicious!
What a great Spring beverage! I put som bruised mint leaves in a pitcher to infuse even more freshness, then added sparkling water and a dash of mixed berry buble for Sodastream. Delightful and refreshing! It's delicious by itself as an aperitif as well. Will definitely purchase again and try other flavors!

As good as possible, without having that essential ingredient.
Okay, it’s not Gin and you won’t be fooled that it is. However, it has a pleasant favor and plenty of that botanical infusion you get with a nice gin, just without the kick that comes with 40% alcohol. I enjoyed making some simple mocktails with it. Overall, a good option if you want to enjoy a mocktail that looks like the real thing and tastes pretty good too…and obviously it has the health benefit of no alcohol.

Not bad, but doesn’t taste like gin
Refreshing, but does not taste like gin! If you are looking for dry gin flavor, try a different product. This is more floral and fruity.

Rhubarb and Ginger delicious!
Wow. This is delicious. Whoever does not like it must not like rhubarb and ginger. It’s so good over ice with tonic! This will be my pool drink all summer!

NOT gin
Blech…if you like a martini, this doesn’t cut it. I had to mix with something sugary to mask the flavour, and that doesn’t meet my dietary requirements. I wish someone could make a non-alcoholic spirit that actually tastes good on the rocks or without requiring added sugar.

Disappointing at best
The bottle came with a dent in the cap. Not a big deal really, but this wasn’t a cheap bottle of NA spirits. I wouldn’t even be mentioning the dent usually, but this was one of the worst NA spirits I’ve had. I’ve had many rhubarb elixirs, tonics and drinks and the flavor is usually quite noticeable and pungent. This bottle had less flavor than a La Croix sparkling water. I usually let friends who drink ‘real’ alcohol try my NA stuff, and they agreed the spirit was lackluster at best. The lack of flavor, bite or anything subsistence was very disappointing.

Better than some but still chemical and bitter
Note: my tasting notes are always neat. Mixed, you could fix a lot with this drink. My problem with a lot of these fake spirits is that they don't taste like they were made by people who drink. I am genuinely searching for the juniper that's supposedly in this and it's nowhere to be found. They make juniper teas, and they taste more like gin than this.It does have a strong rhubarb flavor, and balances the floral against it, but it's got a sharp bitter chemical finish.Does this taste like gin? No. Not in a million years.Could you make something gin-like out of it? Maybe? To be honest, there's a lot of drinks that use mixers to hide a lot of gin flavors, so something like a French 75 made with this could happen with sparkling white grape juice, but I would never do this and tonic or make a gimlet with it.

Tastes like gin
I was honestly surprised by how good this was.By itself, it's sweet, slightly gingery, and rhubarb forward with a hint of the juniper you expect from a traditional gin, but doesnt taste like its going to do what it does. With seltzer gets the dryness that you normally get with gin, the ginger becomes a little bit of a bite, and the rhubarb becomes slightly sweet and sour which backs the juniper flavor really well, making it a really well rounded drink. I still add a squeeze of lime, and it's like I'm drinking a gin and tonic. If you like a super dry gin like Bombay, this is not that dry, but it is dry enough to feel like you're drinking gin. This cures the "dang I want a drink" feeling without the alcohol.I'll definitely buy again and look forward to trying more from this brand.
