Delicious!
Reasonably a small bottle, however you don't need much in what you are using it for. Definitely a flavour of sherry balanced well with the vinegar.

I mostly used it as dressing - delicious! Tasted lovely drizzled on chips with some salt and pepper, you don’t need a lot of either.

Good taste, but why the additive?
While the taste is good, I was disappointed to see that it has caramel as a colouring agent. At 50 years old, why is this necessary?
