Great value Monocular
The K&F Concept 12X50 HD Monocular is a versatile and high-quality optical device that impresses with its sharp clarity, durable construction, and user-friendly features. Here’s a breakdown of its performance and value:Optical Performance:The 12X50 magnification offers a powerful zoom, allowing you to see distant objects in impressive detail. The BAK4 prism and fully multi-coated (FMC) lens deliver bright, crisp images with excellent color fidelity. Whether you’re bird watching, hiking, or observing wildlife, this monocular provides a clear and immersive viewing experience.Build Quality & Durability:The monocular feels robust and well-built, with a solid grip that inspires confidence during use. The IP66 waterproof rating ensures it can withstand harsh weather conditions, making it suitable for outdoor adventures like hiking, camping, and hunting. The design is ergonomic, and the focus wheel is smooth and easy to adjust, even with one hand.Smartphone Compatibility:One of the standout features is the included smartphone holder and tripod. The holder securely fits most smartphones, allowing you to capture photos and videos of your observations. The tripod is a nice addition for stability, especially when using the higher magnification, although it’s more suitable for stationary use rather than active pursuits.Ease of Use:Setting up the monocular with the smartphone holder and tripod is straightforward. The user manual provides clear instructions, and once assembled, the device is easy to use, even for beginners. The monocular’s compact size also makes it convenient to carry on the go.Pros:• Excellent image quality with BAK4 prism and FMC lens.• Sturdy, waterproof construction.• Comes with a smartphone holder and tripod for added functionality.• Easy to focus and handle.• Great value for the price.Cons:• The included tripod is more of a tabletop accessory and may not be ideal for rough terrain or on-the-move observations.• The smartphone holder might require some adjustments to fit larger phones or phones with thick cases. Conclusion:The K&F Concept 12X50 HD Monocular is a fantastic choice for outdoor enthusiasts, offering high-quality optics in a durable, easy-to-use package. The added smartphone holder and tripod make it versatile for both casual observation and photography. For its price, it’s an excellent investment for anyone interested in bird watching, hiking, or other outdoor activities.

worth the price super light weight and great view through lenses.
Excellent, never expect much for a cheap-ish monocular. But its very good extras are a bonus although the phone attachment probably not worth your time. Very clear view at all ranges . Seen a few reviews saying they couldn't focus their eyes with it. It does have a diopter at top try using it.

Good value & nicely made, optically only ok
I wanted something to use at x20 magnification or less, and a wider field of view than usual, on a tripod. This delivers. More generally I’m underwhelmed but have to remember the very good price. The good points - it looks and feels weIl made, smooth controls, high quality mouldings. Optically, its not sharp at both centre and edge of picture. If you set up for sharp focus at full magnification but then change the magnification you have to refocus, something I’m not used to. I’m mostly comparing this monocular against my inexpensive 20-60x60 SVBONY, which cost me £60 and has a sharper image but poorer field of view. Of course I did not expect it to compare with my Canon and Leupold binoculars which are in a different league on image quality but cost vastly more. For £35 its ok, feels solid, the field of view really is good, very usefully wider than the SVBONY with both used at x20.

Great option for sub £30.
Had this awhile. Handy to keep in the car / take on walks. I wasn't holding out much hope for the sub £30 i paid but this is perfect for what i wanted. Easier to find objects with monocular. Good magnification. Clear optic. Quite large, but come with strap, perfect for bag.

Not perfect but okay for occasional use and the price point.
Not noticing any purple fringing, but is that my old eyes! Bought for use at sporting events, mainly cricket/golf with occasional music venues. I think the music venues are not going to happen unless it’s an outdoor event during the day in bright sunshine because this monocular has very little low light ability.Pros - Reasonable price - reasonable build quality - reasonably lightweight - reasonably good optics at the price point - Case is adequate - Clarity is okay - Supplied mini tripod is okay if sitting in a hide with a high shelf otherwise not much use.Cons - Tripod fixing point position on the barrel limits choice of fixing, would cost almost as much for a decent ball mount to go on a monopod as you paid for the item itself - supplied hand strap is less than ideal - mobile phone attachment is really only for a small smartphone and even then difficult to get it to stay in place over the lens so I’d not bother with it - Zoom range appears to be either on or off at the top end and to be honest unless it’s mounted on a tripod/monopod unusable by hand for longer than a minute or so, well my hands anyway.Otherwise for the money and the ability to pop it in one’s pocket it’s not that bad.

Excellent value
The monocular is very well made but does feel a little chunky. It can comfortably be held and focused with one hand.. The image is clear and bright. Ive only used the monocular in daylight and I'm very happy with its performance and ease of use. There is a tripod mount which doubles up as a point for a strap. (The strap is included.) The soft case has a belt loop.
