Good weight and feel good.
These dumbbells are an ideal weight for promoting bicep muscle growth and are generally good for exercising. They are nicely made, covered in neoprene, so they don't damage floors or furnishings when put down and they feel good in the hands. Nice colour too. I'm over 60 and these are fine to keep in trim. Recommended.

I have to be careful now!
My wife has a shoulder problem that needs regular exercise. These are light enough to be safe for her to use and heavy enough to tone her arms. Great to hold and it is surprising how heavy they get after ten reps! Ideal for starting slowly, something that novices should no. The only downside? I'm scared of her now!
