The jar I received was already open. No way to tell for how long or if it’s still good. Also non-returnable.

As a Yankee from the midwest, I had no idea what this stuff was until a few shows on PBS and Britbox finally got me curious with references to the Cheese and Pickle sandwich. It took a few sandwiches to get the mix just right, but this is now my third jar. The stuff is an umami mouthful and really does work with a coarse bread and a mildish cheddar or American cheese. If you've not tried it, do so. Don't let the price move you away from an adventure.
