Hi customer,I'm 65KG165cm wear Size M .UK medium size is12-14,large 16-18.if you slim choose Medium.if not slim and tall choose L.

Q: I want to wear them for running, how safe will my phone be in the pocket? is it likely to fall out?

I have sugar pockets (different colour) & my 75mm x 150mm phone (in case) has been fine on multiple runs. Husband was concerned & wanted me to put Velcro or a flap on but I don't find the need. It's way more comfy than the arm strap for the phone. I'm just here looking for a second pair specifically for my runs so I can track them on my phone.
