Simple, tasty and effective hydration
These O.R.S hydration tablets are excellent for keeping hydrated, especially in hot weather or after exercise. I love that the pack comes with a mix of flavours, lemon, orange, strawberry, and blackcurrant, so I don’t get bored of just one taste.
