I'm always open to trying over the counter remedies particularly when they contain lots of 'natural ingredients'. The main ingredient here appears to be the bark of an oak tree - not heard of it before as a curative but it sounds preferable to 'eye of newt and toe of frog' especially to this vegetarian. My aim in getting this product is to try to treat a couple of patches of dry skin that have appeared. It's made in the Czech Republic and the tube I received had an expiry date of 26/08/22.There's a whole range of natural ingredients in this little tube - which may account for the price which appears a little steep. It contains Aloe, Sea Buckthorn, Witch Hazel, Chamomile, Butcher's Broom, Extract of Horse Chestnut, Gingko, Colloidal Silver - and D-Panthenol. No idea what this is either. My willingness to have faith in this type of product is very likely some hangover from days of yore when we all went to the local wise woman for medical advice.Balcann Oak Tree bark Gel applies easily - I do prefer gels to creams as they seem to absorb more quickly. However, no medical matter seems to be resolved that fast so whether this gel will resolve my dry skin patches, I have no notion as it is of course too soon to say. Products like this gel can be confusing. Its natural properties drew me in - but it does seem aimed at a pretty wide range of issues from eczema to piles, skin cracking and sunburn. Well, maybe - all problems of the skin after all. I shall move forward optimistically with the Oak Tree Bark Gel and add it to my collection of natural remedies.

Bought this hoping that like Activcann it would help a serious skin burn, but at least it wouldn't do any harm, being natural. Was worth a try.

Didn't stop irritation

BALCANN Oak Tree Bark Gel certainly has an impressive combination of natural ingredients, including oak tree bark and chamomile, used in traditional medicines.I have successfully used it on itchy, dry skin patches as well as on insect bites. As I don’t have haemorrhoids, I can’t comment on its effectiveness for that condition.While non-greasy, I found it a bit runny so some need to be cautious when squeezing the tube. I found it was absorbed easily into my skin and its effects were obvious quickly.While it is a little expensive - given the combination of natural ingredients I feel that it is a fair price, given that it worked. Once my current tube is used up, I plan on buying it again for my first aid drawer.

I suffer from eczema on my neck and at times it gets very sore and itchy.This cream smells naturally herb like and smooths on without having to rub the skin.It is full of great natural ingredients including, Aloe, Common-Sea Buckthorn, Butcher’s Broom, Chamomile,American Witch Hazel, D-Panthenol, Horse Chestnut Extract, oak bark and Ginkgo.I found this was also excellent for insect bites when we were away last week on a family holiday at the coast. We seemed to get a few bites but not sure what from as we never caught the offenders. This cream did stop the itching and prevented the bites getting worse.Apparently you can also use this for hemorrhoids but I have not had any need to try that.I really like this and would recommend it to family as well as buying it again in future.

I wanted to try this cream for it's healing properties. My daughter suffers from a rash around her neck and on her back. We can't determine what causes it but it definitely needed some kind of treatment. This cream worked wonders, it calmed the rash down so that it wasn't itchy and red. It didn't make it go altogether, but it helped a lot which we are both happy about. I, myself, suffer from psoriasis, this cream makes a wonderful moisturiser for it. I don't think anything will ever make it go away completely, I have tried everything including injections. But it's nice to have something that helps to soothe it and take away the horrible white dryness.It isn't the most pleasent smelling cream, but my daughter and I will both put up with that rahter than not use it at all.

Mega Erfahrung gemacht bei Hämorrhoiden. Top Produkt das nicht gerade zu der günstigsten Mitteln gehört aber jeden Cent es wert ist. Über den Tag und Nacht mittels Verbandstück auf die betreffende Stelle aufgelegt und Linderung aber auch spürbaren Rückgang der Beschwerden wie Schwellungen so wie als auch Entzündungen! Meinerseits eine absolute Kaufentpfehlung und besser als jegliches Cortison Produkt aus der Pharmaindustrie!

Gut gegen Entzündungen und Akne. Bin sehr zufrieden wirkt quasi über Nacht. Ist sein Geld auf jeden Fall wert. Hat nur einen ganz leichten Duft. Werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen.
