Just ok. Not what I was hoping for. Will use until I find something that fits my need better. Overall comfortable and seems well made. I don't recommend as a bowling support brace. There are other products on the market for that.

Nice stabilizer
This was for my daughter for bowling. It was very helpful to straighten her arm as she bowled. She said it was soft and comfy as well.
