Nice product, sleeve missing
The media could not be loaded. Looks great. Quality is good. Glass has come intact with no cracks. Packaging is good. Sleeve is shown on box but missing from parcel. Value for money.

Product Quality not upto the mark!
The glass is still okay.But the lid is very bad quality, can’t really use the lid.And also in the package I didn’t even the get the straw. The product said it’s gonna come with a straw.

Poor lid quality
Quality of lid is very poor. The first piece came with broken lid and the second one also broke after a couple of days' use. Glass and straw are of decent quality.

I received this product( coffee mug)with broken lid kindly replace it as earlier as possible..thanks if considered on priority basis
