Nicely designed for Indian kitchens , This is one of the best food processor in the market and worth buy. It makes lot of daily tasks easy and has lot of features usually seen in high end food processors. I have used it for shredding, chopping and extracting juices and all went smooth. Worst product and worst service. The Inalsa mixer grinder does not perform well at all. Even the company service person said that Sujata is the best company and there is no comparison between Sujata and Inalsa, which shows how poor the product is. Grinding is not done properly—the grinder grinds very coarsely and does not make a fine paste no matter how long you run it. Making juice is also useless; carrot and bitter gourd juice cannot be prepared properly because too much waste gets mixed into the juice, so you have to filter it separately. Then what is the benefit of this machine? The service experience is even worse. The service person himself said that Sujata is the best company and there is no comparison between Sujata and Inalsa, which clearly shows the lack of confidence in their own product. It is very costly but works extremely poorly. Overall, it is a useless product and a complete waste of money.
