I loved this at first... after a few weeks it started shorting out. I would wiggle the plug and it would go back on. then it no longer would start back up no matter how much i wiggled it. Then i started having to use other outlets thinking the prongs were not making contact with the electrical component inside the outlet. Now at 4 months old, the dryer does not even power on.Great at first, the frizzed out. As far as value goes... its an expensive hair dryer that didn't last and needs to be replaced.

Don't waste your money! Didn't last 3 months. I said maybe defective ..purchased another one and that one lasted 2 weeks.Its light weight. Super fast dryer. I would give it 4 stars if it lasted. The back vent also catches your hair .ouch!! How is this advertised as a professional hairdryer?I'm out $33 . totally waste.

Great great hair dryer, been using it for almost 3 weeks every day, it dries super fast, the heat feels less intense than my old one but if it was hotter it would burn your hair, it’s a gentle drying but very effective and with the attachments it easy to style. It has reduced dramatically the drying time to less than half time, can’t hardly believe it every time I dry my hair so fast. Update, it’s been 6 months using this product daily and still great! Love the long cord.

I bought this dryer because of the wattage & most of the product reviews were favorable but I’ve had the dryer for 4 months - used it about once a week. A few weeks ago it started cutting off & I thought it was the outlet. Today it will not turn on - it’s completely broken! So after 15 uses I’ll have to throw away! Doesn’t matter how powerful the unit is or how well or fast it dries if it breaks after using for less than 4 months, what good is it? Very disappointed in this purchase.

I received this product for a promotional price in exchange for my honest review. All experiences are my own.I have been using the same drug store hair dryer for years. I never believed that the type of dryer I used really made any difference on how my hair looked, as I always dry and then style anyway with some sort of hot tool. I use a straightener or curiling iron, becasue my hair is super frizzy and poofy after I blow dry. When I leave the salon, and my hair looks fantastic, I always just assumed it was because of my stylist's magic hands, not the tools she used. Man, was I wrong! I have attached a couple of pictures of my hair after blow drying with this dryer and a round brush. I used nothing else. No flat iron to tame fly aways, or smoothe out my hair. No curling iron to clam down the ends and smooth them out. My hair is silky and smooth, and I do not look like a poodle. Typically, I have to wait a whole day for my hair to calm down after I blow dry, but not after using this. I am SO happy that I tried it. I am in love with this dryer and will never use another. The dryer is full size, and professional grade. Its stylish and sleek. I ordered the white one, and its got a lovely pearl finish. It has 2 switches and comes with 2 different size cone attachments. I fully believe in the importance of quality tools, vs just having an amazing hair stylist. I am really happy that I can now replicate some of the magic at home, everyday, rather than just the day of my hair appointment every 8 weeks.

I picked this dryer up for my sister to try out and use as a gift. She has long thick hair that is near impossible for her to find a good product to use. She also works in the cosmetology field and has been working on people's hair for years. I got to play around with the dryer before giving it to her and it had a good amount of power behind it as well as sturdy feel. I had to share my sisters thoughts for anyone thinking about purchasing the product:"I got this as a gift from my brother and wasnt sure what to think exactly as he doesnt have much hair to dry. I have used a number of dryers both in the shop and promotional models from vendors and different demos. I can say that this dryer is at the top of my list, it is not heavy but it is also not cheap. It packs a large amount of drying power for the light frame it has. I was able to hold it without a problem as opposed to some of those lunky dryers that hurt your hand after 15 minutes. As a mama to a 2 year-old, I don't get a lot of free time to myself to do some of the things that I used to take for granted, such as going to the salon and blow drying my hair. With this hairdryer, though, not only do I feel like I'm getting a special salon treatment, I get it done, FAST!This hairdryer is powerful! It's powerful without being overly noisy and waking up the 2-year old, which is important to me. It driers my hair quickly without making it frizzy. I like that it has various settings of heat and cool. Since I have thin hair, I don't like to use the super hot setting, unless I'm blowing for style instead of just to dry it.It's the little things in a day that make me feel like a human again, instead of an overly tired mom. This blowdryer makes me feel like I'm getting treated to a little luxury.I received this product at a discount for my honest and unbiased review.
