Gets extremely hot, so wear the gloves they provided. Works great. I do wish it had a longer cord, but it's prefect!

I bought this product, as it was supposed to be high heat and a steamer, but instead I tried it on my furnace grate and my floor was soaked and I could actually put my hand in front of it, and it wasn't even lukewarm.

Cost was good works good on cleaning the shower and doors can’t wait to try on the oven

This was purchased to do multiple things, however I should have researched it more. This does NOT have a tank for the water. Makes it an inconvenience to haul around a separate container with water. Would not recommend this product due to such horrible design.

This steamer is easy to use and I killed all bedbugs.

Worked great during first use! Very hot steam!Second use was terrible, no longer a hot stream of steam, just a cool mist

The only complaint I have is…I wish the hoses were longer.

It doesn’t actually function. Unsure why they’re even sold.
