We have ordered our system early (baby is not due until June), but I wanted to have plenty of time in case I have to return the item and order something different. At this point I will not be doing it, the item arrived few days after order was placed, came wrapped in a big box, overall not too heavy, the delivery guy helped with getting it inside the house which was nice (only other half at home at the time...). In terms of build quality it seems really good, hard wearing good quality plastic - certainly does not feel cheap as you would expect for that price..In terms of the manual (a lot of people complaining about it), I find it straight forward and simple. The chair was dead easy to put together and you will not have any problems with it if you have just a bit of common sense...The wheels are big and look really nice , the fabric seems nice quality too (for the price). Overall very pleased with it so far, I have been browsing for months trying to find a good deal and this was the best I've seen.I will try and update after we've used it in few months...

hi there, if somebody can kindly come back to me with good manual , you send pushchair without good manual , i donnt have a clue how to put this pushchair together

I bought this pushchair after reading so many good reviews, I thought it had a very good price for all the different components it comes with. I was not willing to pay over the odds for something that would last 12-18 months.When it did arrive, I realised about my mistake, it's way too big, we have a big boot but even so, this pushchair folded takes most of the space rendering it useless, the wheels on this pram are huge, and they do not swivel, so makes the turning a nightmare sometimes, beware there is a version with swivel wheels, so I cannot tell about that one, unfortunately I did not notice that detail when purchasing this one.It does not come with instructions, and it doesn't fold easily, the plastic parts do not clip properly, the build construction is not great but not bad, besides you cannot expect it to be as good as on one of those £300 or £400 pushchairs. Overall is a waste of money for us, totally impractical.

Wheels fell off after 4 months its too expensive to buy replacements.☹

Love the pram and accessories.The instructions could have been a lot more helpfull.but this item ticks all the boxes for me and all the family

I ordered this for a friend and she loves it deffo worth the money but easily dirted apart from that it's great she loves it I'd be getting one of baby #2 looks more that it costs
