These were the first such I have purchased. They're going onto cast jigging lures. The silicone rubber will probably hold up very well. I had earlier been using dental floss, colored with waterproof "Sharpie" marking pens. I also once used cut drive belts from dead VCRs to make tentacles for lures which look like small squid. The package appears to contain 10 different variations, with two of each variety.I make jigging lures in four main versions: some I cast out of lead, and the others out of 2-part model-builder's resin. Some are cast around fixed, single hooks, and the others are cast around 12-gauge landscaping or coat-hanger wire (I made a wire-bending jig for that) to support free-swinging treble hooks. It's not really a bother to weld the loops of the through-wires closed, as I got a flux-core arc-welding rig from Harbor Freight ten years ago.These were cheaper than what I typically see in fishing catalogs and shipped Prime for free, so why not? I will most likely buy more of these. Of course, I will still continue using dental floss for some streamer tails. That stuff is very cheap and available anywhere. Like silicone rubber, it is absolutely rot-proof and does not appear to degrade in sunlight. The UV in sunlight rapidly destroys some plastic and rubber compounds at 6000 feet elevation. If you doubt me, just park your old car outside in Colorado Springs on a regular basis and watch the dashboard develop fissures. The newer silicone rubber materials don't do this.

I like the ease of replacing the skirts but the skirts are not full enough.

I had to watch a YouTube video to see how to install the skirts because there were no instructions with them. The quality and construction of the skirts are top notch. One tip is to use a very small plastic wire tie on top of the rubber band. This just ensures that the skirts will not come loose.

Work great to get my favorite spinners back in the water.I've bought this pack twice now, still works great and nice mix of colors. Skirts are good quality for the price, but they will get destroyed by fish anyway.

I have used it for legs, just tie a knot in it close to the body. Makes a pretty good imitation of shrimp feelers..
