Hopefully I never have to use this but it's good to have. I've got some molle kit and this fits nicely inside. I would recommend it for a pocket, but in or on a bag it works perfect. It's well designed and about the same form factor as other TCCC devices. The XT is a good price for the average prepared citizen, or for someone who doesn't want to take all their nice kit to the range.

Double lock system to hedge against slipping. Very little slack in system - tourniquet starts to create pressure at the first turn. Expensive, but the best. Taught and trained with the XT at least once a week for over ten years. Never saw a slip or a rip.
