Why did you pick this product vs others?:Super great lights! I will definitely buy again for my next lighting need! I used them to wire a gauge cluster for my 1954 chevy and they are super bright and work very well. just make sure if they don't work the first time, flip them and try again, because LED bulbs are directional in the way they are in the socket! Brightness:Nice and bright!

Single polarity design, whatever. If you'll plug the lamp and it won't work, so change it's polarity. Low heating and low power consumption LED lamps. The dimensions are exactly the same with the classic halogen W5W lamp. It has no flickering effect, I've checked it by the cellphone camera.The brightness intensivety much higher, than typical halogen lamp has, BUT! The heating parameter is "almost not present", that's ideal IMO - a first point. The second - is the lowest current flow i ever seen with LEDs: 0.018A [0.018A*12,7V ≈ 0.23W-0.25W]. Such low consumption confirms (and explains) low heat as well.While a typical halogen W5W-type lamp "takes" 0.358A [0.358A*12,7V ≈ 4,6W / 13,7V*0.358A ≈ 5W] and it heats as an "oven"!So, the LED I've selected got nice warm-yellow color, eyes friendly (3000K i guess). It's even color-warmer (orange-closer), than the regular halogen lamp, check the images.The bulb got crystal acrylic cast design, that is totally isolated out of water or dust (exclude a contacts ofcause). It provides shade-less 360⁰ all-around illumination, that's matches with a halogen bulb mostly. I believe, such LEDs will last for a long.I got no idea about power stabilization system of this LEDs. If they supports only direct 12v or 14v DC, means they can burn out fast being connected upon engine start (for example). Actually this is (an inegrated current stabilization) is the unique point how such bulbs could brake down, IMO.Well, there is one bad point under all of that. The LED's contacts basement is bolder, than the halogen lamp has. I've inserted them into the same socket instead of my W5W lamps. The LEDs entered without damaging a socket, but so much tight, that i thought it'll brake something. Always check the bulb type for your personal vehicles before you purchase the wrong bulb type.These bulbs are very bright. You will have no complaints with that. Feels like cheap quality but they have held up well so far in both my 2008 Ford Fusion and 2014 Volvo XC60 for the license plate lights. Great value for the money with the making of bulbs you receive. Easy to install as well.If you haven’t replaced a bulb before you have the push a bit harder than you may expect to fully install the bulb, but I promise it will install fine. My Volvo had an issue with the bulbs hanging loosely and not being active constantly. Simply take some pliers (I suggest needle nose) and compress the metal a bit on the fixture, NOT THE BULB, and then insert the bulb if you have the same issue.

No flickering as of yet very bright and fits great bright white light will definitely buy again

These "LED" bulbs are significantly brighter than OEM. I'm very satisfied . Important note !! if the bulb does not work at first, remove and "flip' it to change polarity ...LEDs will not work if polarity is backwards, unlike OEM compatible bulbs.My application fitment 80s GM cars, side marker lamps, tag lamps, and some interior courtesy lamps.

The media could not be loaded. Advertised for car automotive light replacement and says compatible with 194 bulb. It absolutely is not. Base is way too wide and will not fit in replacement of a 194 bulb like it is advertised for. Do not waste your time. Bad design and incorrect advertising. This is NOT the same as a 194 bulb. I ordered 60 and after checking roughly 20 think perhaps one was just manufactured wrong, none of them fit and all are too wide at base. Returning all of these as they are junk and designed cheap and not correct size for 194 bulb.

I've replaced all my dash bulbs and marker lights with these bulbs and they work great will probably be buying more later. Thank you Amazon.
