Worked great for me on my furnace inducer motor. Perfect

First of all this is not a payed review, I just like this product a lot especially compared to another I bought for the same price (also shown in the pictures) which had higher reviews which was a cheap copy and broke within a week and caused me to spend a lot more money to repair the vent twice. As you can see from the pictures it is a PERFECT copy, same weight and diameter and construction. The other negative review I saw (which was the reason I did not buy it the first time around) was trying to replace a different fan which clearly does not match but if your fan looks like the one in my pictures it is a perfect fit.The only note is that it will require a 3 mm Allen wrenches to install but it is well worth the investment for a good product.

This little fan was a lifesaver. It saved the purchase of the manufacturer's recommended complete blower assembly, priced at $540, and the boiler now works just fine - a handy thing, since it's winter outside.Make no mistake, after many years of being in the exhaust stream, getting the old fan off the motor shaft (without damaging the shaft!) was a good solid challenge. That part took a couple of hours with a high-speed rotary tool. Installing this new replacement fan on the shaft took only seconds after I found the right size Allen wrench. They even provided a little access notch through one of the blades so it was easy to use a long Allen wrench.

I needed to replace my inducer motor and the heat to get the fan off of the motor shaft warped the fan. The size of the new fan matched perfectly to my 25 year Carrier fan. Installation was easy. Three things to keep in mind when installing the new fan. As others have stated, you will need a 3mm Allen wrench. Luckily, my neighbor had one. Secondly, make sure the flat part of the inducer motor shaft is lined up to the set screw. Lastly, the old fan hole was tapered while the new is not, so to make sure the fan isn't over seated on the motor shaft and the fan doesn't rub against the motor assembly, make sure that the end of the motor shaft is flush with the end of the fan shaft hole. Once the fan is assembled the inducer motor, give the fan a few spins to ensure the fan is truly round and not rubbing on anything.

NEARLY a direct bolt-on replacement. The OEM wheel I was changing had a US standard allen screw. The replacement part had a metric one which means I had to run to the neighbors and borrow the right size wrench. An annoyance, but other than that the part bolted right up and the quality seems equal to OEM.

It was 1 1/2 inch. smaller than the size I needed.... I used it anyway....

Arrived on time. Fit into place without any adjustment. Now we have heat again! What else could you ask for?

Does not fit Carrier model 58sta110-10112. Too much diameter.
