There is a karaoke bar across from our condominium that is incredibly loud until 3 AM. The more they drink the more they sound like strangled cats screaming!! We built a sliding panel door between our bedroom and hallway with these panels facing where the noise comes from and we no longer hear the karaoke at night! Thank God!

Easy to put up, help cut down noise, did have a strong smell that dissipated over time.

I ordered the Tvvcalk Soundproof Wall Panels, 12 Pack Self-Adhesive Acoustic Panels to cut down noise and echo in my living room with my home theater. The were super easy to install - just peel and stick - and did a great job at reducing noice in the adjoining room and removing the echo from my living room .They look very pleasing on the wall, so much that I bough another set to complete the area behind my television. Overall - great easy-to-use panels!

Backing was hard to remove but once stuck to the wall they have stayed. They do help with reducing sound as well!

These do a great job of absorbing sound and reducing echo in my studio. That being said, they are not sound proofing. Unfortunately this term is frequently misused to describe sound absorbing panels. These do little to reduce the transmission of sound to other rooms. Sound proofing requiring specialized construction techniques and materials, a lot more than sound absorbing panels. That being said, these do their job nicely and the adhesive backing makes them easy to install. They measure 11 3/4" x 11 3/4" not 12" x 12" so bear that in mind as you plan your project. Aside from the adhesive backing and decorative lines on the face, these are identical in size, shape, and material to panels from another manufacturer.

I put these behind my monitor speakers since they were right against a concrete basement wall. I do notice a small change in the sound.This is made of a fuzzy papery thing. Kind of a strange material since it is supposed to go on the wall and seems to be very hard to clean. Hard for me to describe the material. But must be a design choice for the sound insulation and other properties. It is not like those gray sponge-like, spiky things that you see studios use, it is its own texture and material.Overall, this is good. Just enough to cover the back of my desk and seems to cut down the sound reflections.

Air these tiles out in a garage or something before you install them. They don't smell terrible but there arestrong fumes.They look great, install easy, and muffle the sound of the neighbors apartment.I'm happy with everything but the fumes.
