Had it running for quite a while but didn't notice too much difference heat wise in the room. I think I should send it back but not sure I can be bothered. Having read all the 'must have' comments I was hoping for something to ease off the cold but instead I'm rather disappointed. Thank you anyway.

The device plugs into a UK 3 pin socket and the unit shows temperature selected and fan speed 1 or 2. This is my second plug in heater as the 500 watt one made little impact on my downstairs main room. There is little to dislike apart from fan noise which is a common factor on my 2 larger ceramic heaters too!In fairness the lower fan setting gives a lot less noise and I can put the unit at the other end of the room and the noise is reduced. When you switch off with the remote the display goes blank and a cool down period like on a car engine is performed.

After failure to deliver their own product, had to purchase an alternative and really glad I did. Powerful little heater, and sturdy. Not cheap plasticy outer, and really does bang out some heat. Can swivel the plug, so item doesn't block socket next to it. 15p an hour, so cheap to run for me. Have ground source heat pump for heating and it's expensive. This will make all the difference to my tight budget. Definitely recommend.

The fan is quite small but for size it’s no to bad . It’s not to noisy and not that big . Would be suitable for a small room of around 65sq ft any more than that it wouldn’t be able to cope . Remote comes with a battery and is easy to use .800 watts is quite low but that’s what I personally wanted . For those that are interested and using my electrical costs it roughly 8/10 of 1 Kw so .27p per kw .20p per hour to run so it’s not to bad .It’s size is about the same size as a single socket outlet so it’s not very big.It comes with a standard U.K. plug .Yes I would recommend it

It’s a very good little heater. I bought it for my caravan. Heats the room up quite quickly.
