Better than I could have hoped for. I bought it for a friend, now I'm a little jealous and want one for myself!

Bought as a Christmas gift, but of course Amazon won't let me return it because God forbid someone purchase a gift ahead of time. That return window has closed, and there is no way to open it. So maybe don't advertise Christmas shopping in August??Anywho, this thing is cheap as hell. My fiance went to put the batteries in and the internal screws holding the top portion in place pulled right out of the transparent plastic inside. The springs that work the button mechanism then launched the top portion of the light assembly all the way into the rest of the figure. I then attempted to pull said assembly out to see if I could fix it. When I did that, the piss poor soldering job on the circuit gave out as well.Just all around a poor purchase experience. Since I can't return it and don't want to spend an hour on the phone with some robot to try and get this resolved I'm seriously considering just buying a new one. I hate to waste the money, but she's already grown attached so here's hoping some Amazon employee see this and decides to do me a solid.Regardless how this turns out for me, BEWARE. Definitely don't pay full price for this thing.

It looks just like the one in the show! Comes with the batteries which is nice. The only thing is I wish is that the bottom middle part which is the on button was a little bit more out from the rest of the bottom so that you could press the top and the pressure would hit the button for you and turn it on rather than you having to pick it up and hit the bottom

First off quality of the figure body and hat are great. I have a non hat version bough else where and they are equal in build quality, but this one comes with a hat that fits well on its head.The reason I rated this one two stars is that the night light mechanism is not well built, worked once, has LR44 batteries, and mine even has something rattling around in the body's housing. The light mechanism is a cheap pressure plate that activates when you set the figure down. That is some what acceptable, but would have preferred an on / off switch instead. The issue with the light mechanism is that I got it to work only one time. I took it in a pitch black room and it was extremely dim. The battery holder doesn't have orientation markers so putting the batteries in is trial and error. The batteries are LR44, three of them. That's likely to get the voltage up to something an LED needs, but there are better choices these days than this old style battery. What is rattling around in mine? Could be an essential part or could be random trash from the assembly line.To sum it up, cool hat and bad light.

Kuchi Kopi looks great. Hat is super cool. The night light is garbage. Ours arrived broken, so I attempted to check out the light assembly - and it's a single LED with the smallest gauge wire and softest plastic ever. I have already replaced it with an LED tea light.It's still cool, but it's not a working light.
