I love this lock. It is long enough to secure your bike to a bike rack. The chain itself is so Rigid and Strong. The built of this bike lock is well thought of. The other selling point for this is, there are 3 keys. It is a plus for me. I also like that the chain is covered with a durable cloth. It prevents scratches on the bike.I owned a 2019 Rad Rover with Accessories. People cant keep their hands to themselves. Every time I parked outside a convenient store or chick fi la, by standers often check it out and maybe trying to figure it out on how to steal it. But when they see that there is a chain lock, they just move on to the next one. I am buying another one to use it with my other bikes. You dont want to lose you hard earned Bike $$$$.This is a great value for your money. I highly recommend this product every bike owners and motorcycle owners.

We love this bike lock. Unfortunately, we live in a city where a lot of bikes are stolen. Not with this bad boy, not today. About a half inch of chain--oh yes--now you're talking my language--I don't worry about anything when I am shopping. Have gotten 2 compliments and have only had it a few days. This is my 2nd lock by SIGTUNA, the first being a foldable bike lock. The quality is equally as good as the chain type. Your bike won't get stolen with these locks. SIGTUNA products are amazing. The quality of their locks makes me want to see what else they sell. Juna at SIGTUNA has given me one one one, most excellent customer service. Best customer service I have received in a very long time. Luna really turned things around for me, and I like shopping with companies that hire employees like Luna. After purchasing the same terrible bike lock from Amazon two times, I decided it was time to search for a new one. I was interested in this lock because it seemed heavy duty and affordable.At first, I liked this lock. I thought that it would keep my bike safe, and I prefer a key lock. After the first few uses, the lock began to feel like it was corroding (though I would always close the seal that protects the keyhole), and it started getting harder to open and close it. Then, it began feeling normal again, opening and closing with ease. However, for the past two weeks, my bike has been locked inside the lock. I've tried countless times unlocking it; I have even tried using one of the two spare keys in hopes that the issue was with the key and not the lock. I am beyond frustrated with and disappointed in this product, and quite frankly, with Amazon. I have no idea how I am ever going to use my bicycle again.I guess I learned my lesson: don't buy a cheap lock. You truly do get what you pay for.

I bought this hoping for something simply usable given the price, but wasn’t expecting anything stellar. Man was I wrong. I would put this lock up against anything similar from Abus or Kryptonite, having owned locks from both companies, and I can honestly say I don’t think there’s any reason to pay their crazy prices while this puppies for sale at this price. It’s hefty, locks with a reassuring clunk, and has excellent fit and finish. While I haven’t taken an angle grinder to it, I have a strong feeling it would hold up to quite the beating before it breaks. I plan on buying a second one to lock up my motorcycle as I have that much faith in it.

The first time using this lock, I tried unlocking the lock and the key got stuck in the lock and when I tried to get it out it broke in half inside the lock rendering it useless. The lock is clearly sturdy but the key is made of jello or at least some kind of soft metal. Make a stronger key please or make a combination lock. I would like to add that this company contacted me and provided a full refund so I would like to commend their excellent customer service. I would give this lock a 5 out 5 if it was not for the key malfunction that I had.

I found a similar bike lock chain while renting a bike in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This was the closest thing I could find that is sold in the US. Cannot submit a long term review, as its brand new, but as of now this is exactly what I need. Lightweight and strong enough for what I need. Three keys is a nice plus too.One area of concern: Some snippets of information, depending upon where I look, say that this is an 8mm chain lock, and others say 9mm. Which is it?

It was alright for a couple of months, but then the keyhole got jammed, and now it's useless.Now, I'm not sure if it was the keyhole becoming stripped (although the multiple keys were fine), or if something was lodged inside by nature, a lockpick, or if it was my own doing, but that's that. It won't unlock anymore. Luckily, it wasn't locked to a bike rack when it stopped working.Other than that, it seemed sturdy, albeit heavy. I would say it decreases the risk of theft, simply because it seems it would require more than a wire cutter to break it.Also, a minor issue was that one of the small metal pins on the cover broke. I guess you get the quality you pay for.Now I'm no expert, but I'd chalk it up to low quality parts.

I love how easy it is to lock and unlock and it's long enough to lock up two bikes with ease. I would definitely recommend this lock.
