First impression is with battery life. I'm charging battery every other day which is I'm using under very heavy constructions. I have lots of games, two WhatsApp accounts and two sim cards (private and business), constantly I'm with communications with people, lots of apps for work also working in the background and yet end of the day it's ending with %60 battery life. That's one thing.Camera quality is amazing. I can take very detailed photographs.Honestly, when I ordered this phone I was thinking for work only but after weer later I've put my personal phone's sim card and apps in it and gave up with other phone so I can carry only one bullet proof phone for everything.64GB ROM is not enough for all of those things of course but sort out with 512GB expansion anyway.Sound quality also 10 out 10. Clear and smooth.And came with rugged case which is super cool.This phone is survivor.Definitely recommend it

I am impressed by this phone for the money. It may not be a high performer, but it has all the other features that you'd expect from a robust phone. The build quality is rock solid, it's got a nice weight to it. The battery life is incredible. I'm a very light light phone user and I'm consistently getting 5 days+. The screen is just right for me too, it's very clear and is a decent size. The thing I don't like about the phone is the finger sensor, it's on the side on the button and it's not very responsive and it doesn't recognize your finger on the first go, I prefer finger sensor on the back of the phone which seem more reliable.I do recommend the phone for someone looking for a robust on the go outdoor phone.

I have had the Ulefone X13 for six weeks or so with no problems, in fact I am most impressed.However, the clip on protector has broken already on a small fall. The bottom corner where the hand strap fits though is the corner that broke.I suspect that as the corner is cut away to allow the hand strap to fit there is insufficient plastic at that point to give strength.I welcome your opinions but I see little point in replacing like for like.

Despite being advertised as water proof and having an underwater camera. 5cm underwater and it messes up the screenWill continuously have system UI not working messagesSound quality despite a water proof speaker… speaker messed upScreen isn’t clear and can’t be used after slight amount of water

This is a replacement for my much loved Ulefone Armour 13 which had battery failure after several years excellent service.This has many of the same features with a few extra ones and a very large battery pack. Some may think it's too large and heavy but I love it. The camping light is very useful and extremely bright, I have fitted a 2 tera bite memory card which gives me huge storage. The phone works well is fast enough for me , good sharp bright screen and takes good pictures. The sound quality is good and loud enough.I have not found anything I don't like and have been very pleased with my purchase.If you are looking for a phone with a large battery this could be the one for you .

Excellent phone !!Screen is super clear, very responsive to touch ( quick ) does everything it should do, I have owned a number of Ulefone's and I have loved them all.I tried 3 other tough phone brands and none of them even come close to the Ulefone phones.
