I was just trying this to see what's the big deal? Well I was surprised it gave me lots of energy, although it takes a while for it to start and it lasts for many hours so you need to plan for it, so to speak. In fact I didn't really like that at the time and I threw it in the garbage i guess since I can't find it now. But now I can really use the energy so I am going to buy another jar.As far as the immune system and all that, i have no idea. For me it's like an 8-10 hour energy pill that takes about 3 hours to kick in. Strange but true. :)
