So I recently tried this product and am almost at end of week 2. Honestly say I amImpressed with the results. Instructions:clear,simple and easy to follow. Tasteless and easy to swallow. I was a bit worried about potential stomach discomfort, but thankfully, it was very gently with no cramps etc. Do be prepared to visit the bathroom the first few nights as the diuretic really works.I noticed a difference overnight feeling lighter and less bloated. My family and friends have also noticed and this has boosted my confidence.It works for me and will definitely be using them again.

After a few days I was definitely less bloated and toilet visits were a less time consuming ordeal. As a bus driver there is no way I wanted laxatives…. waaay too risky. These however provided a nice balance of being easier to go without the fear of having a wee accident. No stomach pain and easy to swallow. Will be getting more if I get bloated again.

I’ve actually been constipated since taking this. I went more regularly before I started taking these damn pills. I’d want a refund

Don't waste your time and money on these they don't work. Haven't worked once for me after taking them for 2 weeks. Waste

I have taken these for a couple of nights now and have already noticed a difference with how bloated I was, it has eased gas and has made my toileting regular every morning, I’m very pleased with this product and I’m already looking to purchase more.

Combined with a junk free diet and lots of water this product works really well. I’m much less swollen after just a few days and feel myself gaining energy.

I ordered this to help with bloating, but just have me bad belly and a lot of stomach pain!
