Never got a product from Beetles that wasn’t top tier, best brand out there, hands down. This is my first introduction to poly-gel (I’ve done dip powder, acrylic and gel prior) and this kit comes with everything and a very helpful instruction manual. The tube sizes are perfect. You get two shapes of dual forms (stiletto and square + oval) to cover any shape you’re looking for. Only thing I think I’ll end up ordering that didn’t come with the kit are the clamps you put on the nail when the dual form is applied and ready to be cured.

Love this kit, practice will make perfect. It came with easy directions and everything I needed. I was new to doing my nails like this, but, it was actually easy. The colors were attractive also. After I did them 3 different occasions they looked fabulous. The first time seemed a bit thick. So you need to be sure nails are clean and primed. They were easy to removed just peeled them off, little bit of damage to couple of my nails. All in all, I will definitely purchase other colors.

I’ve loved using this set. It looses a star due to the lamp going out within a month with low use. Amazon made it right. That aside, I love the polygel. Very user friendly, great to learn and good quality. I’ve been getting 3 weeks of wear. Nail prep is key to that. I’ve seen many reviews complaining about nails falling off. That won’t happen with good prep. I love the colors. Many are great skin tone colors. The clear is harder to use, it’s stickier. It is crystal clear, very nice. So use more slip or rubbing alcohol. Both work just fine. The drill had worked so well! I was doubtful but I’m happy with it. It’s not a professional drill, so don’t expect that. If you press too hard while drilling, it will slow or stop. This is both good and bad. I kind of like it, so I don’t injure myself with a friction burn, but it can be frustrating also when I’m filing off polish or my extensions. For a beginner it’s great. Keep it on low until you practice a bunch. The paper forms are okay but don’t stick super well. They do the job, but you have to keep pressing them together. The forms are good. They fit my nail plates better than another brand I got. They release easily. The gems are pretty too. I used them once. Overall a great lit to start.

I've never had acrylic nails before. I don't go to get my nails done ever. I use gel nail polish very rarely. This kit has everything you need to do your nails. The tubes are very tiny and maybe I'll get two sets of nails per tube. But, for this price, it's worth it. It was a challenge to do my nails because I've never done this before and I've never seen anyone do it except YouTube videos. I messed up a bunch of time. I ended up using alcohol to spread the goop in the tube and I used my own lamp. The nails were super thick and it took forever to file them down to an acceptable thickness. I'm not happy with few of them, but they're impossible to remove to fix. I think with practice, it will get better and easier. I highly recommend this kit for beginners.

Love. Love. LOVE!! I am not new to doing my own nails, but I am new to polygel and forms. This kit was easy to get the hang of, and my nails feel SOLID! Like, when you just Know a set is going to stick until your next fill. It does have a learning curve. I didn't choose the right size forms, and I had to press on the nail while curing so it didn't pop up. Don't pick your forms the way you pick nail tips for acrylics or hard gels. You want the forms to be slightly bigger than your nail bed so that the gel doesn't push the form up while curing. But my mistakes were easily fixable with some filing and dremeling. I was able to do my moms, amd my nails and they look absolutely stunning. We used the pink gel and pink mirror powder on her. I used the black gel, and just the pearlescent powder on my middle fingers. All in all, I will be 100% polygel from now on and I definitely recommend this kit to beginners! I do really like this kid. It’s just missing a few things that I would recommend if you were getting started with poly Joe I would highly recommend also purchasing a drill to do cleanup because you will make a mess when you do this the first time and to get some gel remover as poly gel really does not come off with acetone and at some point you’re going to want to redo these I will also say that I have found that the gel seems to break down a little bit faster than the dip powder I’m used to so I tend to be redoing every two or three weeks versus every four or six weeks, but I’m OK with that as part of the reason I wanted to switch to the poly gel was to update my nail looks more frequently if you watch the video, please do not judge my nails. I am running a Halloween experiment and they might be a little bit on the messy side. Overall the poly gel has been great to keep my natural nails long and protected as as well as to give me some drama when I’m looking for that.

It’s my first time using a poly gel , it does work but I’m still trying to learn more tricks on how to apply it. It’s ok for 20$.

First time using this and I’m really happy with the results. It was a bit complicated to get the first ones done and find the right amount of the gel for each nail but by the third nail I was getting better and quicker. The lamp is small but it does the work. In general is user friendly and you just need to follow the directions and get used to. It probably will get better over time.

This is the second time I’m purchasing this set. At first, I was skeptical of the quality because of the price, but I was surprised. I’ve done my nails twice with the set now, and they lasted over 5 weeks both times. The only reason they came off was because I removed them to do a new set! I go to the gym, do chores, type, and do everything as normal, (even went abroad) and the nails still look great! The polygel is easy to work with (after doing some research and practice), and I enjoy embellishing with my own stock of nail charms. The only little thing to nitpick is that when my first order arrived, the slip solution bottle had spilled, making the cord and lamp sticky. Other than that, I recommend this! Can’t wait to do more designs and get better at polygel 🧡

Have used other brands of gel extensions but this is far easier to use even for a beginner like me

Not the best pretty soft and breaks easily

The gels are decent, and its the first time I've not had an allergic reaction to slip solution, but the lamp didn't even work for 6 months before making a popping sound and never turning back on, which is a shame because I liked how compact it was.

Really love this found it so easy to do!
