Bought this long ago and thought I should review it today, honestly one of the best chairs I've ever bought, 100% well worth the money, it has lasted me a good amount of times and works just as good as when I first bought it. Has great features for laying down, spine adjustments for your personal preference, the grey color was very nice, wheels are noisy (not much of a problem however), back support is really good since you can adjust, I'd say it's probably more comfortable for people 5'4 and over. I myself am 5'5 and this chair barely fit my height when I had the headrest at the lowest option, probably because of how big it is. Overall, this is a great product, I definitely recommend getting this than an overpriced Razor chair just because it "looks cool".

I would recommend this chair to EVERYONE! It’s so comfy! I love all the features from being able to lay almost completely flat to pulling out the leg rest! I’ve had it for about two months now and it still works great! Only problem I’ve had is that the little tab to pull the leg rest out with ripped off. Other wise, I’d buy this chair again!

Some pros and cons here, and I’d like to be transparent on it all. Many of us are tethered to our office chairs, so making a good choice is more important than many might think. Sooo…Pros: Not difficult to assemble at all, no concerns with missing pieces, arrived well packaged and super quickly, nice value if the chair works out for you, looks nice, not noisy, adjusting up and down is not an issue, and the cushion is well-enough comfortable. My husband, at 5’11” trialed the chair and the height overall was very good for him. I am 5’2” and it was rotten. I think this chair would be lovely for 5’6”ish folks and up. No issues with the footrest or the tilt/recline feature.Cons: the lumbar support is minimal if you need it for actual spinal alignment; there’s a pillow you can place in there, but it’s soft and I believe that makes the problems worse. The armrests aren’t comfortable if you need extra support there either (ie; any sort of tendon pain around the inner elbow area, mostly due to, surprise! long periods of time at the desk.) What stuck out to me the most was the wobbling about of the headrest. When you need solid cervical spinal support, this is nonnegotiable. There was an issue specifically with the headrest of my chair being defective as well, so in addition to the general non-locking feature, mine was extra out-of-order.HERE’S where I feel it gets important. The company worked with me for a good solution. They were supportive, and provided wonderful customer service. If this looks like it might be a good chair for you, *go for it.* It will probably work out nicely, as long as you do not have extreme spinal issues and you are not pint-sized! Bear in mind during communications that the seller is bilingual, so be patient. I was initially NOT patient, and found myself feeling very unkind upon sorting out that English was the second language. If there is an issue, take some photos/ videos and send them along. The seller is great with reviewing forwarded media, providing troubleshooting, and also offering replacement parts as needed. This is truly rare, especially on Amazon. (If you’ve made it this far in my essay, then kudos to you.)It is not often that I leave reviews of this length, but I felt inclined to do so based on the literal shock and awe of a seller that actually fixes problems. So while this chair wasn’t really MY favorite overall, it might be yours - and if it’s not, you will actually get a response from the seller with real solutions. 👏👏

I love this chair, it looks very stylish, it is comfortable and awesomely priced! I smiled so big when I seen the white gloves that came in the package. I knew I was going to enjoy this chair! It is very easy to assemble. I also appreciate the seller, their business ethics and caring about their customers. I would buy a chair from this vender anytime!

The chair was nice at first, spacious and comfy enough (6-10 comfort). after 7 months im selling it for cheap and getting a better chair. Here’s why:The base of the chair was crooked from day 1, It would lean forward or back depending on the positioning of the legs, had to keep rotating them which was really annoying. maybe this was a fluke on just the chair I got. I was unable to fix it.The material on the armrests is not soft, its scratchy and uncomfortable on skin.I got the cream color, the color itself was great, however, the mesh catches clothing fabric very easily and its nearly impossible to get the fibers out. after a few months my chair looked discolored (but not actually stained). It was due to various clothing/blanket fibers getting trapped in the rough mesh. I tried everything to remove them, Zbrush, lint roller, vacuum, microfiber cloth. I had no luck.The cushion is actually quite firm. Yes it does have foam but after an hour my butt would hurt and id have to sit on a pillow or something.Overall the quality was maybe 5/10. ive had worse chairs but this one isnt great. If youre like me and are looking for the best quality for the lowest price, might want to keep looking.The positives:Its a nice looking chairThe adjustability is good, 7/10. You cant lift the lumbar support bar up or down, just closer or further from your back. For me it was in a good position for how I like my my lumbar support though.The footrest is nice, no complaints about that.
