Love this, and i like the liquid form too. Easy to take and great benifits. Highly recommend.

Not very easy to use and tablets containing iron would be easier.
Measuring out the thirty drops using the pipette provided, isn’t a quick process as you need to fill the pipette a number of times to get the thirty drops. Ferrous sulphate is green and soon oxidizes to ferric sulphate which is yellow. In the pipette, the liquid is yellow so has oxidized. Since ferrous sulphate is more easily absorbed by the body than ferric sulphate, this liquid is, therefore, less effective. I put my drops in water but found that it had a metallic taste which was slightly unpleasant. My feeling is that tablets would be a more convenient way of taking iron as a supplement than this liquid especially given the hassle of measuring out thirty drops.

KIKI Health - Ionic Iron Liquid High Concentration Drops
I like the alternative of these iron drops (in a bown tinted glass bottle) to my usual liquid iron that appears to have been discontinued, so I was hunting for another liquid iron supplements of a good equivalent. Unfortunately, this one is annoying to take due to it not having any measurement markings on the glass dropper to help with dosage. It just states to take 30 drops (2ml) per 250ml glass of water. I don't own any millilitres kitchen measurement equipment, etc, that I can measure out the 250ml in... I don't like the taste of this in just water, so I take it with orange juice. Also, because I can't measure it up properly and don't want to overdose on it, I don’t put in all 30 drops, I'm starting with a short few at a time in a full mug. For £19.20 discounted cost that it's currently going for from its RRP: £24.00, it's pricey! Once I can get some millilitres measuring equipment, I shall try it with the recommended dose by just pouring out 2ml instead of waiting for 30 drops to drop from the dropper. As that's time-consuming, it's not as convenient as taking the liquid iron that I'm used to. Update: I'm still anaemic being as I wasn't able to take the full dose of this Iron supplement. But since leaving my review above last week. I have gotten the correct measuring equipment. I measured out 250ml, which is about a standard mug size. Then, I added 30 drops to my 250ml glass of orange juice. It was awful! After just one sip, I had an overwhelming metallic taste in my mouth. This is the worst iron supplement that I've ever taken. Because it's undrinkable, it's non-effective. So I don't recommend it at all!!!

Surprisingly very effective and without the issues caused by tablet form iron supplements
Due to chronic illness, I have anemia. While I have been prescribed many tablet iron supplements I have found all to give serious stomach pain. When the option to try KIKI Health's Ionic Iron Liquid High Concentration Drops I wasn't expecting a different outcome. This dietary supplement delivers a boost of iron in a liquid form and s designed for rapid absorption. Also so that the body can utilize the iron without the need for digestion. This is different from how pills have to be broken down etc. I have not taken the 30 drops a day in water as detailed but halved this amount (due to previous reactions to iron supplements I wanted to take this steadily). The first day I was nervous about a reaction but apart from a few stomach grumbles there were no negative outcomes. A couple more days and I still have no stomach issues but a very significant lifting of that dizzy fatigue I am used to feeling 90% of the time. The taste is metallic when mixed with water, it is not pleasant but also not so bad you can't manage it. I have this and then have a vitamin gummy and the taste is soon gone. Honestly, if you need to add iron to your diet, especially if you're sensitive to traditional iron supplements, KIKI Health's Ionic Iron Liquid Drops are certainly worth the cost to try. They have surprisingly been very effective, and easy way to take a supplement that can be hard in pill format.
