Great Customer Service!
My son loved his suitcase and we used it for two trips. We purchased this in July and it didn’t survive even a year. On the second trip it came in broken. This is not a cheap suitcase so we did expect it to be durable. Cheap plastic is notworth the money spent. Think twice before you purchase it.UPDATE: the seller contacted us to address the issue. I really appreciate a great customer service experience, support and effort to fix the problem. We received a new luggage peace instead of the broken one quickly. My son really loved his Spider-Man suitcase and we decided to give another try to this brand instead of taking a refund. It looks great and we hope that it will last for a while. We are ready for another adventure. I have changed my rating to five stars for the company’s effort, willingness to help and for a great customer service and prompt shipping. The product does look good but I will update on wear later. Thank you!

Great suitcase
My granddaughters loved these. I bought 2. They have held up through several trips. They maneuver easily in airports.

Great conversation piece
We used it as a carry-on and my great-grandson (8 yo), rolling it through through the different airports, was stopped numerous times by people commenting on it. He was so excited to exchange info with them, i.e. where he was going (Universal Studios), where they were going (points north, south, east and west). He had a blast showing it off! One thing I do not like about it, however, is that when peeling off the plastic coating, it tears (like plastic does when pinched: ragged, stretched) around the handle, locks, wheels and so forth. The nasty, sticky area shown in one photo is an inventory-type sticker that was put on UNDER the plastic coating...!

It looks very cute but the con is that is not very practical can't fit much in it so... Great toy, not really usable as luggage haha but I guess that was my bad the dimensions were there

Light, roomy and easy to carry

Good looking suitcase but poor pull handle quality
The suitcase is fun for kids. However the quality of the extend handle is poor. It did not last for a one month vacation ( a trip to and from the airport). Unable to return at this point. Don’t purchase a waste of money!
