I've been use C More RDS since 90's when the big slideride was the king of the matches, I still love sliderides but was very curious about RTS2 micro RDS, basically I bought this RDS to be mounted on a Tanfoglio Stock 3 to shoot IPSC Production Optics/ USPSA Carry Optics. The first time shooting this RDS was weird since I was coming from the big window size of the sliderides, but it was easy to get use to. The overall size of the RTS2 is perfect to be mounted on a mounting plate instead of milling the slide, this RDS is designed to be used on a competition pistol, the EDC version is the STS2 but the window is very small for me. I'm using a EGW mounting plate for this RDS.

Nice deal on a cmore site, did everything myself, with proper tools it's a simple install if you take your time, fitting the base plate is key to success here, we'll built site.

This is a great product and easy to install and sight in. I run this on me steel challenge pistol and it works well. My only complaint is that the dot is definitely not 6 MOA like I ordered. I am replacing an 8 MOA but this “6 MOA” is closer to the 2 MOA on my EDC.

Nice bright dot for sunny days, not a fan of the controls or the zero lock set screw designs. After only a handful of matches and practice sessions the dot now fails to get bright enough for full sun use. I sent it to C-more for repair. Added a star as c-more fixed the dot brightness under warranty, cost me shipment and insurance though. Hopefully it lasts longer this time. The footprint is only shared with the Sig romeo3 variants another reason for 3 stars.

I've only had this on a pistol for about 300 rds. so longevity is still an unknown, but so far I'm very happy with this dot. The viewing window is pretty large and is much clearer than previous dots I've used. If it holds up for awhile this will be a perfect red dot for me.
