Excellent quality and straightforward installation
I purchased the set of LOVMOR 3 Step Hand Rails to use on my backyard deck. I bought them 16 months ago and have been waiting for a neighbor to assist me with installation. I finally got tired of waiting and I’m so glad that I took the initiative and did it myself. This handrailing kit comes with absolutely everything needed, except for a drill. That will be needed in order to use the self tapping screws that go into the metal and for drilling the holes for the handrail base, because that simply cannot be done by hand. Drillbits are included along with an Allen wrench. The instructions for assembly are clear and concise. I took my time and read the instructions carefully, laid out all my parts, and made sure I understood what was being directed as far as assembly. Unpacking, assembling, and installing the first one took me 75 minutes. However, assembling, and installing the second one took only 30 minutes. The process is very straightforward, and the only thing to be careful of is to ensure you have a handrail exactly where you want it positioned before you use the self tapping screws into the metal. Once those are installed, you cannot change the angle of the railing. We use the large black screws and provided drill bit to install the handrails onto the wood steps of our deck. They feel very stable and supportive. The part your hand slides down is very comfortable and smooth. I would not hesitate to order these again! Highly recommend!

Excellent product for the price.
I originally purchased a set of railings from a national home improvement store. They seemed like they would be OK, however I returned them because they ended up being one step too long, even though the description indicated they would work. Found these and the description was far better than the home improvement store ones. Plus they were almost half the price. I was very pleasantly surprised when I opened the box. Packaging, labeling, and instructions were so much better. Plus all necessary tools were included (and not super chintzy ones) other than a drill. Very easy to install and very sturdy.

Handrails for safety!
Installed these handrails to help during the winter months for ice on steps. Wrought iron made handrails but they are hollow. Sturdy enough for home use, but if you have a lot of traffic I'd look for solid posts. The base comes with a cover to hide the bolts but they are plastic. Afraid one cold winter day and a snow shovel bumping them they just might break. Overall good quality and nice look for my front steps.

Easy to install and assemble
Good hand rails. I bought these because I could get them quickly. They are for my church to help sone of the older worshipers enter into church. Easy to mount, decent hardware. I mounted these in concrete with the supplied anchors. It looks good and no sharp edges.

Strong product
I ordered 2 of these handrail sets. We have 8 concrete steps at our front porch. I was impressed when I opened the packing by the quality and finish of the metal. While unpacking to make sure that all the parts were included.I saw that not only did it include the rail parts and hardware, but all the tools (except the drill) needed to assemble. They included anchor bolts for installation on wooden or concrete steps. Plus a socket bit,a masonry bit, a wood bit, open end wrench and an allen wrench. Detailed instructions made the job easy. I forgot to mention the small level needed to mount the handrail on the steps. It's a 2 person job because it's difficult to hold the pieces and mark the holes for the anchor bolts. Now that they are installed they're very stable and look good too. We had questions during the installation and the manufacturer was very helpful. Overall, good product, great service.

Heavy duty, rugged well made with all tools needed for assembly (except a drill and a hammer).
This handrail kit is top notch. Kit is heavy Duty and very well made! Great care was made in the planning of this kit. Illustrated manual very easy to follow with great detail for every step. Each part box and bag marked with ID # to match the Illustrated manual. EVERYTHING you need to put this kit together and install is INCLUDED (except a hammer for anchors). They Even supplied a level, and a SDS Masonry Bit in its own case. The best kit product I ever purchased.

good quality and instructions
I just wanted to say that these went together easily. I was thrilled when I bolted them down and they were solid with no movement. It was like they were built for my steps.

Cheap railings are cheap
First, it's worth mentioning that I did manage to get these installed, and they are stable. Installation was a pain. They have to be assembled in their final configuration, they can't pivot into place, meaning you need about 6 hands to hold everything together while you put in the screws. I don't have that many hands, so I tried to do it while the parts were laying down, but this resulted in some gaps, which, granted, aren't very visible. The supplied expansion bolts and masonry bit suck...the bit either wears out too quickly or is about 0.5mm too small in diameter, so the bolts wouldn't go into the holes. I tried a 7/16" bit, but that made the holes too big. I'm not sure the supplied bolts would have held anyways, they expansion casing is smooth. I bought some nice expansion bolts and a bit from a hardware store (+$40) and those did the trick. The paint is pretty thin. I put some black nail polish/spray paint on scratches, but I bet it will still rust in a few years. The lower joining tube is open, so rain water will flow through it, which is probably bad because I doubt the inside of the tube is painted. The black railings will get really HOT in the sun. They are also pretty slick. I put some white grip tape on the top to mitigate these problems.
