Camera extension did not work.
Did not provide power. Once plugged into the camera, the camera thinks it has a connection. But the lead was faulty and the camera used up all its battery power before I realised the lead did not provide power.So I can only say this is a poor quality component or it was not factory tested before packaging.

Do not buy
Doesn't work properly! charges it for a bit and then stops, already tried multiple charges with various watts power outputs

The cable, quite expensive, does the job adequately itself, however the google home camera app regularly,and frustratingly, keeps notifying "no battery" and consequently renders the camera pretty useless. We never know if notification is for real or a false battery warning. camera

Bought two, both cameras ran out of charge within 48 hours

Won't work
Simply doesn't charge it properly. Keeps loosing charge . Try a Google cable no issues.
